Saat ini DORSKIN sedang membuka lowongan beberapa posisi:

KOL Specialist

​Main Responsibilities:​

• Research and identify key influencers on platforms such as IG and TikTok
• Assist in recruiting KOLs and ensure the smooth execution of ongoing campaigns.​
• Manage administrative tasks related to KOL campaigns.
• Mantain communication and relationship with KOLs
• Track and report KOL performance

Qualifications:

• ​Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a KOL Specialist.​
• Basic experience in KOL Sourcing, outreach, and campaign coordination
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Tangerang.

Senior KOL

Main Responsibilities:

• Research and identify key influencers on platforms such as IG and TikTok
• Lead the development of creative campaign concepts and detailed KOL briefs (angle, messaging, content direction, deliverables, KPI)
• Ensure all KOL briefs are aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals
• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights & improvement recommendations
• Collaborate with the KOL Manager to guide and review the work of junior KOL team members
• Monitor KOL performance and ensure targets are met with continuous optimization

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a KOL Specialist
• Proven experience in Talent Recruitment or Talent Management (KOL/Influencers/Creators)
• Skilled in developing creative content angles and comprehensive KOL briefs
• Strong understanding of campaign planning and execution
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to provide actionable insights & improvements
• Experience in guiding or mentoring junior team members is a plus

Content Strategist

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content aligned with business goals.
• Create content plans and produce engaging videos, photos, and copy.
• Handle end-to-end content creation from ideation to publishing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns.
• Monitor performance, optimize content, and stay updated with trends.
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media.
• Beauty, skincare, or FMCG experience is a plus.
• Confident on camera and skilled in TikTok/Reels content.
• Understand content strategy, trends, and basic analytics.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to work onsite in Alam Sutera.

KOL Affiliate

Main Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, and make the deal with right affiliate.
• Maintaining good relationships with affiliates.
• Make a script, brief/SOW and affiliate guidance for campaign purposes.
• Create affiliate contract/letter of agreement corresponding to project details.
• Track affiliate effectiveness & content performance reflected on weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc project report.
• Monitoring and handling cooperation with selected affiliate.
• Maintain all of the administrative documents including payment, contract, document filing and the informasi tracking

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Affiliate Marketing in FMCG or Personal Care industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
